Requirements:

  • Withstand voltage above 1000V

  • Lighter and more cost-effective than copper/aluminum cables

  • Compatible with integrated vehicle layout

Solution: Manufactured from 1xxx series aluminum via stamping, punching, plating, Insulation, and precision bending. Aluminum-to-copper transition 

joints are applied at terminals to mitigate galvanic corrosion and stress relaxation.
